Evan S. Benn over at the Miami Herald had some mixed feelings about Fez, a new Moroccan restaurant on Española Way, but was positive overall in his recent review of chef-owner Faycal "Fez" Bettioui's cuisine. Aside from the "past-its-prime lobster," Benn lauded the artful presentation of the dishes and especially recommended the Chicken Tangine, "a soul-warming bowl of braised thighs and legs in a briny, savory sauce of olives, preserved lemon and schmaltz."
