Timo in Sunny Isles is bored is suing Timo's in the Grove (formerly Villa Mayfair) for Trademark Infringement. According to Coconut Grove Grapevine, Timo in Sunny Isles is worried customers "are getting confused", mistaking their restaurant with what is a cheaper and apparently "'raucous' sports bar."
