R House, a new late-night art gallery-meets-restaurant/lounge in Wynwood is officially opening Thursday, January 16, but don't wait until then to find out what you'll be eating there. It's "an eclectic array of contemporary American dishes with Asian, Mediterranean and Latin influence," as mentioned before, along with a variety of infused liquors and cocktails. Here's a look at what they'll have to offer once those doors swing open later this week.
Dishes are created by former Edwige at Night (Massachusetts) owner and chef/owner at R House, Rocco Carulli, who's whipped up items like grilled ahi tuna, braised lamb shank, and sesame shrimp and chicken salad.
