Michael Mina's newest concept, Michael Mina 74, debuted in high gear. Just short of a month old, the Fontainebleau restaurant has already received a killer review from Miami.com food critic Victoria Pesce Elliot, who awarded the restaurant three-and-a-half stars yesterday, calling it "sublime." Though aspects like the "dark, basement-like space" and hostesses who "yank at their miniskirts like giggly teenagers" slightly "diminished" her night, Elliot writes that Mina and his chef de cuisine "pulls off a spectacular dining experience." As per the food, "everything we tasted was exceptional," says Elliot.
