Boca's just acquired a new restaurant called The Blue, which opened up on the 27 floor of the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.
Behind it are Boston-based restaurateur Michela Larson and executive chef Christie Tenaud, who've reinvented to former Cielo space to offer seasonally inspired dishes such as char grilled octopus or cider pork tenderloin with an emphasis on sustainable and organic foods.
The Blue also boasts a "claw bar," a seafood bar in the front and center of the restaurant with king crab legs, Maine lobster and oysters; as well as "Tower Bar," an area featuring a "clever menu of playful cocktails," according to a press release, and various local craft brews. Stop by Monday through Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.
