Christopher Lee Steps in as Exec Chef at The Forge

The Forge's next move after parting ways with chef Dewey LoSasso, who recently went on to join the team at Acqualina Resort & Spa, is hiring New York chef Christopher Lee. The award-winning chef tells Miami.com, [Owner Shareef Malnik] and his team are very connected in the Miami market, and I'm confident that, coupled with my culinary experience, we will bring the Forge into the next chapter of its rich life. I look forward to moving to Miami and giving it my all." Lee is leaving his exec chef at a Rhode Island restaurant and currently working on The Forge's menu, which will debut "in the next few weeks."
