Julio Cabrera Becomes Managing Partner of Regent Cocktail Club

Acclaimed mixologist Julio Cabrera has just taken on the role of managing partner at Regent Cocktail Club, making him the new face behind the Gale South Beach's popular watering hole. Per a publicist, in his new role, Cabrera plans to continue to "re-invent the cocktail scene by paying tribute to the classics and incorporating Miami's rich cultural influence while also spreading his vast knowledge and talent with up-and-coming bartenders through seminars and Cantinero classes."
