Since it's Cocktail Week, we thought we'd give a sneak peek of a couple boozy offerings Soo Woo has in store for its guest. Taking care of the cocktail menu is Chris Hundall, consultant and founder of Bar Culture. His plan is to use your favorite spirit, infuse it with Asian flavors, shake it all together and serve it in a cocktail glass at prices that "won't break the bank," per reps. For now, they're revealed two cocktails: the Tea Cup, a sake based cocktail with black tea and chamomile flavors, house made peppered honey syrup, citrus and cucumber with floral lavender bitters and Plum & Spice, a cocktail with "flavors of spiced almond, plum, bourbon, spicy ginger, and floral citrus on the nose."
