Former Arepabox owner Carlos Dorados' newest restaurant, The Lunchbox, still has about a month to go before it opens, but they've already decided everything they'll be serving once it does. We got a sneak peek at their menu, which is divided into soups, tapas, salads, sandwiches and wraps and entrees. Arepas will of course be present, but so will items like their croque madame ($8), chicken paillard ($15) and carpaccio salad ($8/$12). Check it out below.
