Dinner With Chef Katsuya Uechi; Martini Bar is Back

The Raleigh's Martini Bar makes a jazzy comeback, chef Katsuya pops up at his namesake eatery and P.I.G. is at it again.

SOUTH BEACH — Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 14, when chef Katsuya Uechi comes into town to host a Pop-Up Dinner at Katsuya. Dinner takes place from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and consists of a five-course family-style dinner prepared by chef Katsuya and his culinary team. SOUTH BEACH — The Raleigh hotel will be re-opening its famed Martini Bar and launching special jazz nights on October 16 just in time for the Miami Jazz Festival. The bar will feauture a revamped menu designed by Michael Schwartz and a menu of cocktails themed to correlate with the musical line-up of the jazz nights. Jazz performances will occur one night a month at Restaurant Michael Schwartz.
