SOUTH BEACH — The Raleigh hotel will be re-opening its famed Martini Bar and launching special jazz nights on October 16 just in time for the Miami Jazz Festival. The bar will feauture a revamped menu designed by Michael Schwartz and a menu of cocktails themed to correlate with the musical line-up of the jazz nights.
