One of Miami's most anticipated restaurants is about to make its big debut sometime this month (the exact date hasn't yet been revealed), but before it does, here's a first peek at what's for dinner. Menu items include antipasti like "Carciofini," warm baby artichokes with stracciatella; sandwich options like "Panino con polpo," octopus, romaine, and fennel; meats, oven cooked dishes, pastas and more. Moye, owned by Tony Gallo and Pietro Vardeu, the team behind Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante, will focus on regional Italian fare, so think fresh mozzarella and breads made in-house and "great, simple Italian food" whipped up in their open kitchen.
