The recent reinvention of Fontainebleau's original coffee, cake and patisserie shop can arguably be considered the icing on the cake! At Chez Bon Bon multilevel cake confections revolve regularly and add to the show stopping setting, along with snappily wrapped gift items. The delicate classic cakes are ready for pick-up on the spot and specialty cakes can be ordered in advance. New to the light bites and quick lunch items is a melt-in-your-mouth croque monsieur and healthy grilled vegetable pizza. Enjoy a cup of coffee made with the signature house roast, Black Velvet, or channel Ricky Martin with a Shake your Bon Bon, made with Ghirardelli chocolate, vanilla syrup, espresso, and whipped cream!

Pick-up for pre-placed orders is also offered, as well as 30-minute complimentary valet parking at the Chateau North Drive.
