Theatre patrons will have dining options once again at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County when BRAVA! opens Friday, November 21.
Housed in the former Prelude by Barton G space, BRAVA! will serve a "farm-to-fork, prix fixe menu consisting almost entirely of locally sourced ingredients," per its press release. The menu created Executive Chef Hector Torres will feature dishes like Empanada Pescada, Yellowtail Snapper with a Key Lime Butter Sauce and Chocolate Toffee Brownie and Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Crémeux.
The restaurant will only be open on days when shows are going on having two pre-show seatings for 8 p.m. performances at 5:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and one seating 90 minutes before the advertised curtain time for matinee performances. For reservations call 305-949-6722.
