After a big, splashy farewell with 4,000 of its friends just a few weeks ago the now closed Tobacco Road is looking to make a comeback -- and has gone to Kickstarter to do it.
Coordinated by the "We Are The Road" an organization of former Tobacco Road employees, they are looking to raise $50,000 on Kickstarter to help begin the historic bar's move into its new location of 69 S.W. 7th Street. Utilizing the restaurant's still operating food truck donors can receive catered lunches for their offices, plaques on the future Tobacco Road's wall and even a party at their house for 50 of their friends (keg included) depending on the size of their monetary donation.
The Kickstarter campaign is running until December 2, and as of press time it has already raised more than $4,000. If you want to donate to the beer fund (literally) then head over here.
