Continental Miami by Stephen Starr to Open at Aloft South Beach

This just in: Stephen Starr's repertoire is expanding even further with his newest addition to Miami, Continental Miami. Joining the ranks of other Starr restaurants like Makoto, Steak 954 and the recently opened Verde, Continental Miami (which originally opened in Philadelphia) is poised to debut in the spring or summer of 2015 with a 70s retro look and a menu of continental classics and Chinese specialties. As for its interior, a press release writes, "designed to marry sophistication with bohème, Continental Miami's ‘70s-style seating and décor will feature a cozy color palette made up of pale yellows with touches of black and white." The restaurant is located at Aloft South Beach on Collins and 23rd street. Details are scarce for now, but check back for more info as we get it.
