Graspa Group, the company behind well-known Italian restaurant Salumeria 104 in Sunset Harbor, has officially opened its newest Miami offering: a cozy, 500 square foot Midtown Oyster Bar (3301 NE 1st ave. #103-1 Miami). Not straying too far from their Italian roots, chef/ co-owner Angelo Masarin and co-owner Carlo Donadoni have put together a menu of New England classics, with a touch of Italian influence, chockfull of seasonally available items like Ipswich clams, scampi crudi, lobster rolls and more. Of course, a daily selection of oysters will be available as well. Check it all out bellow.
