Miami's hotspot hostel's new restaurant and bar is, as of yesterday, officially open for business. Broken Shaker's Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta and Freehand's Roy Alpert's brainchild, 27, strives to use local ingredients and produce grown on the property's onsite garden. Think dishes like "Elad's Shakshuka" with "homestead egg, Yousef spices, ZTB bread" ($9), "Florida Middle Neck Clams" with chorizo, watermelon radish, leeks and grilled bread ($18) and more. Check out the full menu below and, of course, stop by to visit the restaurant Monday through Sunday from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. and the bar Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday through Sunday from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m.
