Acclaimed Manhattan restaurant Quality Meats is opening its second location in February 2015 in the heart of South Beach's historic Art Deco district (1501 Collins Avenue). Not too many details are out yet about the eatery's first venture outside of New York City, the original outpost for Fourth Wall Restaurants, a group founded seven years ago by father-son team Alan and Michael Stillman. In as executive chef/partner is Craig Koketsu, who's created a menu of classic butchery with large cuts of beef that are cured, smoked or aged in-house. Designed by AvroKO, the restaurant features a main dining room, an outdoor patio and private dining rooms. Stay tuned for more details and don't forget to leave us a tip if you have it.
