Cibo Wine Bar Hits The Beach

Cibo Wine Bar, a Liberty Entertainment Group Italian restaurant and wine bar located in Coral Gables is expanding to the South of Fifth area. This will be the first expansion for the restaurant, which first opened its doors on Miracle Mile in October, 2011 to awards like "Best Wine Selection" and "Best Restaurant in Coral Gables" from the New Times.

Much of Cibo's offerings will remain the same at their new location, so guests can still expect rustic Italian dishes and a vast variety of wine, only this time they can enjoy both on a rooftop. CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group Nick Di Donato says in a press release, "Once we established ourselves in Coral Gables with a loyal and vibrant customer base, we knew it was time to expand into South Beach. Without a doubt, our location in South of Fifth is perfect and we expect to become the go-to restaurant for patrons looking for the freshest Italian food available."

No official date as of yet, but Cibo Wine Bar in SoFi is poised for a December opening.
