Benedicts for Everyone; Garden is Blooming at Essensia

COCONUT GROVE — Just when you thought an eggs benedict couldn't get any better, TK's at the Villa Mayfair decides to add a new twist to it. Eleven new twists to it to be exact. TK's has introduced its Benedict Maniac menu with eleven different versions of the classic dish such as "Greek Benedict" with tomatoes and Feta cheese, "Sweet and Savory" topped on pancakes instead of English muffins and the "Spanish Benedict" with manchego and chorizo. MIAMI BEACH — Did you know the only place in the country that it's perfect growing season right now is good ol' South Florida?  To celebrate, Essensia's Julie Frans has opened back up her on-site garden and created a new seasonal menu to go with it. Expect dishes like Scallop Crudo with local avocado and grapefruit; Grilled Swordfish with beet risotto and Flourless Lemon Ricotta Cake.
