Although paradise may be in the middle of a cold snap at the moment, things are bound to heat up again after the new year, just in time for dinner outside with a slew of Miami's leading chefs. Starting in January,Paradise Farms, the organic, feng shui farm in Homestead, will once again play host to Dinner In Paradise, a nine-part dinner series in which the same chefs that buy from Paradise Farms will return to the land to cook. Things kick off on January 11 with the chefs from Eating House, Haven South Beach, and The Federal. The series runs through April, and everyone from Diego Oka of the wildly popular La Mar to Dena Marino from MC Kitchen will be participating.
Tickets to the Dinner In Paradise dinners are $165.50 per person, with discounts offered for season ticket or group purchases. All proceeds from the dinner series will go to Lotus House, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless women and children. Seats are available by reservation only, which can be made by calling Paradise Farms at 305-248-4181. For a complete schedule of the 2015 Dinner In Paradise series, click here.
