Right this way, check out a preview of Bravo's Best New Restaurant, a new series set to premiere on January 21. The restaurants featured are located in four different "culinary hotspots;" and five are Miami's own: Buns & Buns, R House, Tongue & Cheek, The Federal, and Dolce Italian. The show, produced by Gordon Ramsay and hosted by Tom Colicchio, "pits 16 of the nation's hottest new restaurants against each other in a series of challenges aimed at determining which provides the best top-to-bottom experience."
