Scott Conant's Corsair Now Open at Aventura's Turnberry Isle

On Saturday, chef/selfie enthusiast Scott Conant's latest restaurant, Corsair, opened at Turnberry Isle. The anticipated spot replaces Cascata Grill, and, after a full renovation, the indoor/outdoor space is meant to exude an "air of casual elegance or a certain confident nonchalance."

Look for "a seasonal and rustic menu rooted in the farmhouse cooking of America and the Mediterranean" inside the swanky resort and golf club. Corsair will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily and for dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. There will also be an all-day menu served at the bar.
