1. Downtown Miami: The Pubbelly boys (Andreas Schreiner, Sergio Navarro, Jose Mendin) that brought you PB Steak, which closed in August, are working on a new project that is set to open in early 2015 on the ground floor of what will be the Langford Hotel. The new spot, named PB Station, will take inspiration from the previous steakhouse/fish-shack with menu items like PB Steak's tartare sliders and PB Fish's ceviche taquitos. 121 SE First Street

2. Delray Beach: Hudson at Waterway East will be opening December 8 boasting one of the only restaurant views of the Intracoastal in downtown Delray. The new 7,000-square-foot waterfront venue will take over the space formerly occupied by seafood restaurant Old Calypso. Executive chef George Cocilova has created a menu of urban comfort food featuring locally-grown produce, all-natural meats, fresh fish, and hand-crafted pasta. 900 E. Atlantic Avenue; website

3. Buena Vista: Owners of Bleach Hair Addiction are opening a third outpost of their popular Addiction Beer and Wine. The doors to the new spot are set to open in January in the North Buena Vista area. The beer and wine bar will have a vintage bohemian vibe and feature open mic nights, live music, and a movie night, in addition to a wide selection of beer and wine and a tapas menu at night. 5526 NE 2nd Avenue

4: TBD: Steve Martorano, owner of Chef Martorano's and Martorano's Italian American Kitchen, took to Instagram and posted a teaser for the masses. The post announces, "The Martorano Restaurant Group Is Expanding with a New Concept of Fast Food Casual Using High Quality Products — Comfort Italian American Food." While it's been rumored the meatball king has had a longtime dream of opening a restaurant in South Beach, there is no set location or expected opening date just yet.
