MIAMI BEACH - The newest in Tongue & Cheek chef Jamie DeRosa's guest chef dinner series, Kitchen Collab, is a special luncheon edition celebrating the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Teaming up with with DeRosa on the kitchen dance floor (February 21) is Food Network's Robert Irvine. The two are whipping up a three-course lunch.
