Take a look at what chef Jorgie Ramos' new spot looks like, so far. Habeas Corpus, his latest swine-inclined (with lighter fare than B & S) restaurant is nearly completely renovated and slated to open sometime in April. Expect a raw bar, a charcuterie bar, some in-house cured goods and a whole lot of Americana. And possibly a picture of Doc Savage's sidekick, Habeas Corpus? We don't know yet.
