First, Palm Beach stole chef Clay Conley (formerly of Azul) from us and now, Matt Ratcliffe is leaving too. According to Miami.com, former BLT Steak chef Ratcliffe is joining Conley at his northern restaurants, Buccan and Imoto. [Miami.com]
