1826 Restaurant & Lounge Opens This Weekend

Miami Beach's newest restaurant, 1826 Restaurant & Lounge, a four floor ordeal, is opening its doors this weekend, Friday, February 21. Spearheading the new spot is Michelin-starred, Chicago-based chef Danny Grant, who's bringing Miami a new upscale contemporary American eatery featuring an all glass exterior and the interior design work of Prospect Design's Samy Chams. Grant's overseeing a seasonally driven menu, which, according to a press release will emphasize the use of local, regional and luxury ingredients. Mark those calendars.
