Meet Ralph Pagano's newest restaurant, Naked Taco. It's located in the former Serafina space at Dream South Beach, but things have changed, so do take a look. Pagano's taken on Mexican this time around and has plans for plenty of traditional street dishes, with a twist, of course. Naked Taco officially opens this weekend, Friday, February 21.

As per specifics, Pagano tells Eater he'll have a menu split up into various sections like "hecho a mano" (made by hand) and "con mis amigos" (with my friends - a section with items intended to share) chalk full of tricked out street foods. Although more traditional items will be available (taquitos, flautas and the like), Pagano's also adding some Floridian additions to his Mexican food with dishes like Florida lobster and snapper fajitas. The new spot will also have two bars: Bar Manana and Bar Noche, the first designated for cafe coladas, cafe con leche and lots of fruit juices and the second for tequila drinks galore (there will be 125 different tequilas including some Pagano will infuse with various flavors himself).
