Turns out Fabio Viviani's Siena Tavern will take a little longer to complete than originally predicted. The restaurant's now scheduled to open sometime "late September," according to Short Order. The blog caught up with the chef, who told them the menu at the Miami location will "vary slightly from the Chicago menu." Sounds like locally-sourced is the name of the game here with lighter fare than Chicago, but no worries, his pastas and famous meatballs aren't going anywhere. [SO]
