Nobu Restaurant & Nobu Hotel Are Opening at Eden Roc

So, here's the deal with Nobu Hotel and Eden Roc. As speculated by Curbed Miami and Miami.com, plans are for the Nobu Hotel to be a "hotel within a hotel." According to a press release, "the strategy with the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc is centered upon underscoring and showcasing the Eden Roc name with the Nobu Hotel as an additional offering within the Eden Roc property." As stated by Miami.com, the Nobu restaurant will indeed be another addition to Eden Roc.

Chief executive of Nobu Hospitality Trevor Horwell releases this statement: "Each of our shareholders Chef Nobu, Robert DeNiro and Meir Teper have very fond personal memories of the property, and we are all passionately driven to see the Eden Roc name and legacy return to its former glory embracing with genuine respect and care, the style and integrity of the original Eden Roc crafted by Morris Lapidus." Whew.
