The other night at E11EVEN, Downtown's newest dayclub/nightclub, Vegas chef Carla Pellegrino previewed her rooftop restaurant, Touché Restaurant & Lounge. Among her guests was entertainment reporter Robin Leach, who calls her menu "a hit" and notes the Top Chef alum is already on the move again.
