Here's What Earls Kitchen & Bar Looks Like

This is the pretty snazzy interior of Earls Kitchen & Bar, a Canadian-based, family-owned chain with four other U.S. locations, which is officially opening at Dadeland this Wednesday, March 12. Overseeing the menu is executive chef Luke Verkuylen, who's approach is ingredient driven with global dishes and made-from-scratch items. Beverage director Cameron Bogue, who's previously worked with Daniel Boulud's restaurant group, is in charge of Earls' curated list of local and regional craft beers, an affordably-priced wine menu and cocktails made with 100% fresh squeezed in-house juices, handmade syrups and seasonal ingredient infusions.

As for design, Earls boasts a sixteen-foot high marble wrapped entrance, an open kitchen, large communal tables and booths with seating for up to 300, a lush landscaped outdoor terrace with seating for 100 and floor-to-ceiling glass doors partitioning the space.
