La Mar by Gastón Acurio has officially opened at Mandarin Oriental. On board as executive chef is Diego Oka, who's dishing out everything from upscale novo-Andean fare to Asian-Peruvia fusion and traditional seafood ceviche in the form of small, tapas-style and large plates. And since no Peruvian-influenced restaurant is complete without some classic pisco cocktails, La Mar offers a variety of them. A cocktail menu of "Peruvian Classics" includes options infused with pisco, while "La Mar Classics" boasts iconic cocktails with a Peruvian twist. Peruvian all the way. La Mar is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
