Shikany to Really Open Tuesday, April 1

At last, Michael Shikany's newest eatery, aptly named Shikany, now has a new official opening date: April 1. Shikany is intended to act as a multi-faceted space, featuring a restaurant and an educational hub where mixology classes and twice-a-day cooking classes will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Chef Shikany hopes to offer "a multi-sensory dining experience like no other" with innovative menus that will change periodically. Keeping our fingers crossed for an actual opening this time around.
