Taperia Raca, the latest from Eating House duo Giorgio Rapicavoli and Alex Casanova, is set to open this Friday, March 28. On board to help chef Rapicavoli split time between Eating House and Taperia raca is ex Preservation chef de cuisine Ryan Harrison, who will co-create a menu of sharable plates. Menu highlights include Pate de Higado (chicken liver mousse), Pulpo a la Vinagreta (poached octopus) and spicy Patatas Bravas (baked potatoes). Once open, Taperia Raca will offer lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
