Kush is Open; Kush Brownies, Beers Galore and Art

Kush Wynwood has officially opened, announced a press release today. The restaurant/bar is the latest from the guys behind LoKal Burgers & Beer and Miami Brew Bus, Matt Kuscher and David Rodriguez. The food offerings are limited with a menu of only about a dozen choices, most of them pulled from LoKal's menu and, like at LoKal, all ingredients used will be sourced from Florida farms. Think grilled cheese con sopa de tomate, a kush and hash burger and kush brownies (served with a little "bag of greens") - the reference wasn't lost on these guys. The main attraction here, though, will be beer and lots of it. The Kush team has high aims intending to provide the "best beer list" in the entire state of Florida with a continuous rotation of locally crafted beers on their 18 taps as well as cask ales, aged beers and rare releases. As far as decor, they're sharing "in Wynwood's celebration all of things art" and are showcasing the street art of various artists on their walls.
