Here's a quick peek at Shikany before it opens next week on April 1. The latest offering from chef/owner Michael Skikany will be a restaurant slash learning center slash test kitchen open for dinner Monday through Saturday. Cooking and mixology classes will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We're not sure what's for dinner just yet, but word is it will be "a multi-sensory dining experience like no other" with global, innovative menus that will change periodically. Take a look inside.
