The Fed's Crawfish Wednesdays; 'Lucky You 7/7/7'

MIAMI - Crawfish season is back, which means The Federal Food Drink & Provisions' Crawfish Wednesdays are also back in action. Beginning tonight, guests can dig into chef/owner Cesar Zapata's crustacean creations (made with crawfish flown in live for each dinner), like saffron scented crawfish fritters and MoMo's NOLA gumbo, from 6 to 10 p.m. every Wednesday. NORTH MIAMI - Florida International's Chaplain School of Hospitality and Tourism Management is opening a "Brew Science Lab" on Thursday, April 3.
