MIAMI - Crawfish season is back, which means The Federal Food Drink & Provisions' Crawfish Wednesdays are also back in action. Beginning tonight, guests can dig into chef/owner Cesar Zapata's crustacean creations (made with crawfish flown in live for each dinner), like saffron scented crawfish fritters and MoMo's NOLA gumbo, from 6 to 10 p.m. every Wednesday. Don't forget unlimited bubbles and beer during their 5 to 7 p.m. happy hour for $15 ($20 for the rest of the service). [EaterWire]
