Jorgie Ramos' new restaurant, Habeas Corpus, is nearing an opening. We caught up with chef Ramos on what he intends to do with the menu, which is to be less pork-centric than Barley & Swine and significantly lighter. He stated that it's still a work in progress and he's still playing around with items, so note this is not the final menu. Take a look below at some of what might be served at Habeas Corpus once it opens.
