Delray Beach has just acquired a new restaurant called Mussel Beach, according to Clean Plate Charlie. After putting to rest our vision of "oil-slicked men clad in nothing but Speedos and Ray Bans," the blog calls the eatery, which was opened by owner Mark Mezzencello in partnership with Rotelli CEO Joseph Bilotti, a "swank shellfish and seafood concept."
