The ever-growing Wynwood will soon welcome one more restaurant on board: Miam Café & Boutique, a restaurant named after the French equivalent of "yum," with a focus on simple, fresh, organic ingredients and homemade products. The new restaurant, which will be located in the Wynwood Building, is a concept brought to life by Alexis Jacot, who's partnered up with a fellow Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne alum to open Miam and its boutique store, where items like wines, honeys and oils can be found. No specific dishes yet, but once Miam opens it will serve up breakfast, lunch and afternoon tapas from its open kitchen. Stay tuned for more details.
