FORT LAUDERDALE - Summer is fast approaching, so it's a good thing that Steak 954's added some nice cold ice cream to their menu. Their pastry chef, Sara Magoon, has just introduced three new ice cream sandwiches: banana split, red velvet and brownie. MIAMI BEACH - If you were aching to try some of the dishes chef Nina Compton cooked for Padma and Tom on Top Chef, you are in luck. For the month of March, Compton will offer a special menu at Scarpetta featuring season 11 dishes like marinated wahoo and spiced roasted lamb belly in a six-course menu.
