Touche Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant Opens April 3

The much anticipated opening of Touche Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant (formerly Touche Restaurant & Lounge) is finally upon us. Top Chef alum Carla Pellegrino's new spot is officially opening to the public on April 3. The soon-to-open, open-air, rooftop restaurant and lounge boasts 360-degree views of the Miami skyline, indoor and outdoor seating, 7,100-square-feet of fine dining space, and, of course, Pellegrino's classic Italian dishes.

The Brazilian-born, Italian chef tells us she's altering her typical Italian cuisine to something a bit lighter, catering to the club-goer diners who'll dance the night away afterwards. She's also offering a sushi menu and an all night club menu, all executed at the open kitchen in the restaurant's 50-seat indoor dining area. Step outside and the lounge vibe becomes apparent. A spacious 225-seat expanse includes design highlights such as a waterfall wall, fire pits, a communal table and bar, DJs, live music and LED screens. Dinner is served nightly; from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
