Choices Vegan Cafe Owners Open Choices Kitchen

Miami's vegetarian options are slowly expanding, especially with the newest addition of Choices Kitchen from folks of Choices Vegan Cafe. Though it's still all meatless, the "spacious spot on 27th Ave." differs from Choices Vegan Cafe, reports Short Order. According to senior director of operations Lori Zito, the restaurant will be "more like a community kitchen," with no paper menu, but instead, "a daily plate of vegan eats for $12," which comes with soup and iced tea.
