Pincho Factory's expanding for the third time, now to Hialeah, reports Short Order. Apparently, they're taking over the former Koky's Barbecue Ranch sometime during "the second half of this year." Starting celebrations tonight, Pincho's teaming up with Sweetness Bake Shop for a dinner, complete with desserts and free beer. [SO]
