After a little under two years of being open in Pinecrest, partners Daniel Golick and Chuck Woodward plan to open a second Chill-N this May, in Aventura, reports Short Order. Their "Ice cream is made using the flash-freeze liquid nitrogen method and on the spot," writes SO, and the duo plans to bring this same concept up north. Word is that their process results in "possibly the creamiest ice cream you'll have in Miami." Stay tuned for an official opening date.
