Miami Eats; Wine Dinner at Cavalli Restaurant and Lounge

SOUTH BEACH — Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge is hosting another wine paired dinner on April 24, in case you missed the last one. Roberto Cavalli and his son Tommaso Cavalli will apparently be picking the wines from their vineyard to be accompanied with a four-course meal. Dinner, which starts at 6:15, is priced at $120 per person. [EaterWire]

SOUTH MIAMI — This Saturday, April 19, the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science is hosting the second annual Miami Eats, which is described in a press release as: "The art and science of how Miami grows, cooks, eats (and burns off) food, a food and fitness festival dedicated to healthy, fun and delicious choices." From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. guests can stop by the museum for workshops and interactive demos, as well as meeting with various guest chefs. Admission is free with the purchase of a museum pass. DOWNTOWN — Toro Toro is celebrating this weekend with a bottomless Easter brunch for $55 per person. Brunch includes unlimited mimosas and bloody marys and a variety of stations where items like rodizio, seafood and more will be available.
