After a pretty short haul, Charles St. is no longer, but in its place another Think Hotel Group restaurant is opening up, Orange Blossom. The latest addition to Boulan South Beach hotel is a concept from hospitality and nightlife guru Tatanka Guerrero, who, with Think Hospitality, has created a "market-to-table" eatery that serves up New American cuisine and craft cocktails. "Orange Blossom marries traditional Old Florida influences with the melting pot of Miami's current day international nuances," according to a press release. The restaurant is set to open next week, April 10.
