LITTLE HAVANA - Food critic Bill Citara writes that Nothing But The Best, French chef/restaurateur Yann Rio's first Miami restaurant, "almost lives up to its name." He praises menu items like the asparagus soup and a "pure genius" bacon-spiked Bordelaise sauce that topped a flank steak.
